How to Link Sarahah to Instagram :
- First of All, Open Instagram App on Your Phone & Login in it.
- Now open Instagram Story by sliding left.
- Now take a Snap (Photo or Video), Or You can Directly Pick Photo or Video which are taken last 24 hours by Swipe UP.
4. Now Click on Chain Link icon as shown in image above.
5. After clicking on Chain Link button, A new Window will Open which is shown in image below.

Now type your Sarahah username like (Username.Sarahah.com) in place of Enter Link field.You can also check your Sarahah username by opening Sarahah App and clicking on Profile at bottom right.After entering your Sarahah username, You can also check to whatever your username is right or not by clicking Previewbutton.

7. After Typing Sarahah username, Click on Done or Green tick in iPhone or Android Phone.
8. If your Sarahah link is successfully on Instagram then the Chain Link icon will turn white as shown in image above.

- Now Click on Done button and your Sarahah linked to Instagram.

शादी के बाद, क्यों चौड़ी होने लगती है लड़कियों की कमर

हम हमेशा अपने समाज या आस पड़ोस में देखते हैं, कि हर लड़की की कमर शादी से पहले जितनी चौड़ी होती है। शादी के बाद उनकी कमर और भी ज्यादा चौड़ी हो जाती है। कभी आपने सोचा है कि ऐसा क्यों होता है, अलग-अलग लोग इसका अलग अलग मतलब निकालते हैं।
परंतु इसका सही कारण क्या है। यह कोई नहीं बताता, क्योंकि ऐसी बातें ना तो स्कूल में सिखाई जाती है और ना ही समाज या घर में बताई जाती है। इसलिए हम आज आपको बताने जा रहे हैं, कि लड़कियों की कमर शादी के बाद चौड़ी क्यों होने लगती है।और यह पूर्णत: है शोध पर आधारित खबर है।
लड़कियों की कमर शादी के बाद चौड़ी क्यों होती है। इसे संपूर्ण रुप से समझने के लिए सैन फ्रांसिस्को के शोधकर्ताओं ने 18 से लेकर 26 साल तक की 162 लड़कियों या महिलाओं पर 6 महीने तक शोध किया। इसके बाद जो रिजल्ट सामने आए वह चौंकाने वाले थे।
शोधकर्ताओं ने महिलाओं के समूह को दो भागों में बांट दिया। एक भाग को केवल एक पुरुष के साथ स*** बनाने को कहा गया और
दूसरे भाग को एक से अधिक के साथ स*** बनाने को कहा गया।
निर्धारित समय के बाद यह पाया गया कि एक के साथ दिन सं*** बनाने वाली महिलाओं की कमर, एक से अधिक के साथ सं*** बनाने वाली महिलाओं की कमर से अधिक चौड़ी होती है।
शोधकर्ताओं ने साथ यह भी बताया कि बच्चे के जन्म लेने के बाद महिलाओं की कमर थोड़ी चौड़ी हो जाती है।
शोधकर्ताओं का तो यहां तक कहना है कि चौड़ी कमर वाली महिलाओं के कई फायदे होते हैं। उन्हें बच्चा करते समय कम चौड़ी कमर वाली महिलाओं से कम पीड़ा होती है।
शोधकर्ताओं के अनुसार जिन महिलाओं की कमर का साइज 31 इंच से कम होता है। उन्हें बच्चे पैदा करते समय ज्यादा पीड़ा सहनी पड़ती है और दिन महिलाओं की कमर का साइज 31 इंच से ज्यादा होता है। उन्हें बच्चे पैदा करते समय कम पीड़ा सहनी पड़ती है, और ऐसे में दुर्घटना होने की संभावना भी कम रहती हैं।
